Air fryers vs. other cooking methods
Promote Weight Loss
A higher intake of fried foods has direct links with higher obesity risk. This is because deep fried foods tend to be high in fat and calories. Switching from deep-fried foods to air-fried foods and reducing regular intake of unhealthful oils can promote weight loss.
Reduce Toxic Substance
Air fryer also cut down on some of the other harmful effects of oil frying. The reaction that happens when you fry potatoes or other starchy foods makes the chemical acrylamide, which research links to greater chances of getting cancer. One study shows that air frying lowers the amount of acrylamide in fried foods by 90%.
Deep-frying foods involves heating a large container full of scalding oil. This can pose a safety risk. While air fryers do get hot, there is no risk of spilling, splashing, or accidentally touching hot oil. People should use frying machines carefully and follow instructions to ensure safety.
The worst part about cooking is the cleanup. Even worse than that though is cleaning up a ton of oil. Ask anyone who has had to clean out a deep fryer how large of a job that is, and you’ll think twice about deep frying. Cooking with an air fryer means you can cook your food nice and crispy and never have to worry about what you're going to do with all that grease.
Fast & Convenient
On top of requiring far less clean up than traditional frying, one of the great benefits of an air fryer is the speed and convenience of it’s cooking. You essentially place it and forget it. Cooking with an air fryer heats all sides evenly. This means no flipping or watching, so you can cook other things and come back to a perfectly-made dish. Cook times are often less than those of regular frying or baking, giving you more time to enjoy your food or go about your busy day.

This is a great addition to my kitchen. It has six cooking functions that are great. It fits perfectly on my counter. It is easy to clean and a nice inside space for my chicken, fries, and much more. We did some 8 chicken legs and they were cooked perfectly. It took about 40 mins or less to cook. Which is faster then the oven and you don’t have to keep checking them.
This is a healthier and fast way to cook. I do like the product and its something I will continue using.
We’ve never use an air fryer before and were slightly worried it wouldn’t live up to expectations. We were wrong! It has exceeded expectations in every way.
The first thing we made in here were chicken drumsticks and they were 10/10. The fryer cooked the chicken just perfectly, and the skin crispy and delicious. Not having to use oil was a huge plus and left us not feeling the dreaded sluggish feeling we normally get after eating fried food.
I have used smaller air fryer ovens in the past and needed to step up in size to accommodate the growing appetites of my kids. I appreciated being able to cook the main item and the side item simultaneously. The oven was easy to operate and cooked the food well. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on any food you cook for the first time as the food tends to cook a little faster than the recommended time. Overall, it’s a thumbs up. I cannot wait to expand the list of items I cook in the air fryer.
